These terms outline the professional relationship between Eteri McKenzie Hypnotherapy and each client.
They ensure that all sessions, payments, and communications follow the highest ethical and professional standards.

Service Standards and Client Commitment
Eteri provides every client with a professional, respectful, and supportive experience.
Each session is designed to encourage relaxation, insight, and positive change.
However, effective hypnotherapy requires active participation.
Clients are encouraged to listen to their audio downloads, reflect on sessions, and stay open to new perspectives.
As a result, progress tends to be faster and longer-lasting.
In addition, Eteri McKenzie is a registered member of the AfSFH, CNHC, and NCH, and she follows all their professional codes of conduct.
Professional Standards and Medical Disclaimer
Eteri is not medically trained and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Hypnotherapy works alongside mainstream healthcare, but it does not replace it.
If you have concerns about your health, symptoms, or suitability for therapy, please speak to your GP or another qualified medical professional before beginning treatment.
Session Duration
Most sessions last 50–55 minutes, and clients should allow one full hour for each appointment.
Sessions rarely exceed 60 minutes unless previously agreed, since other clients may be scheduled afterwards.
If you arrive late, the session will end at the original finish time, and the full fee still applies.
Therefore, please aim to arrive a few minutes early to relax and prepare for your session.
Fees and Payment Options
Current fees appear on Eteri McKenzie’s website.
Clients usually pay at the end of each session by card (preferred) or cash.
In addition, a same-day bank transfer can be arranged if preferred.
Eteri McKenzie accepts cheques only when this has been agreed in advance.
She also provides receipts or invoices on request for your records.
These payment options make the process simple, transparent, and secure.
Session Cancellation Policy
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Doing so helps offer that appointment time to another client.
- More than two working days’ notice: No fee
- Between one and two working days’ notice: 50% of the session fee
- Less than one working day’s notice: 75% of the session fee
If unexpected events occur, contact Eteri promptly.
Open communication helps maintain fairness and flexibility for everyone.
Non-Attendance
Clients must pay in full for any session missed without notice.
Future appointments can only be booked once the missed session has been paid for.
This policy ensures fairness to all clients and helps maintain the practice’s smooth running.
Contact Between Sessions
In most cases, contact between sessions is unnecessary.
However, if you need to change or confirm an appointment, you may contact Eteri by text or phone.
She responds as soon as possible during normal business hours.
For any therapeutic questions, these can be discussed at your next scheduled session.
Online Clients Outside the UK
Eteri McKenzie Hypnotherapy operates exclusively under UK law and jurisdiction.
Therefore, clients based outside the United Kingdom agree to these legal terms when booking online sessions.
